This Costa Rica is from the La Pastora Cooperative in the Terrazu region. Its geography is suited to growing coffee, mostly because the slopes of the mountains face the morning light and the cloud cover protects the coffee trees in the afternoon.

It is a fully washed coffee with a well-balanced and very clean cup. There is mild acidity with softer floral notes.
