Shipping & Delivery: Our standard flat rate delivery charge is £3.50 incl VAT per consignment. We use Fastway Couriers for customers in the following Post Code areas:; - BN - All
- GU27 3
- GU - 28 to 31
- RH - 10 to 20
- TN - 5 to 7, 19 to 22, 31 to 40; For all other Mainland UK addresses we use Parcelforce 24.
The following Post Codes are classed as "Rest of UK" and are not included in the Mainland UK section. Your order may be delayed and a surcharge could be added if you live in one of the following areas:; The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - Post Codes; IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.; Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly- Postcodes; BT, IM TR21-25; Please note that our delivery company classifies the Channel Islands and the Irish Republic as International destinations. Delivery to these areas will be considerably higher than our standard charge. We will confirm the delivery charge to you before accepting your order.; We also remind customers that our courier will request a signature upon delivery.; We do not ship outside of the UK.

Returns
: The Long Distance Selling Regulations apply to mail order customers only, where you have up to seven days from recieving your order to return it for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. The customer should then insure the item(s) are sufficiently packaged and also within an outer-packaging for protection
