Hill and Valley espresso blend was designed by an old friend of our Roastmaster, who produced some exceptional coffees in his smokey roastery! The roaster, Charlie 'the Coffeeman', has a great pallet and a taste for the big, bold flavours of the Sumatran region. The style of roast is fast and aggressive, which brings out a caramel and molasses quality that cuts through milk to give a deep finish. Always proud to adopt another's great idea, we are delighted to bring this cracking espresso blend to the Coffee Compass faithful.
