The Bourbon is an ancient coffee variety and grown in a Fazenda (Farm).  The coffee is hand-picked and has unique delicate flavours and a fruity aroma.  The Bourbon's origins are from a single-seeding coffee plant presented to Louis XIV by the Mayor of Amsterdam.

A deep, natural sweetness, balanced with cedar and fruit tones.  There are also traces of caramel and chocolate flavours which add to it's full body and fine acidity.
