This is a fantastic coffee and ideal for those who are not used to drinking the rich array of available coffees.  Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and they have been grown the same way for hundreds of years. It is therefore integral to the culture and communities of these areas.   This region produces coffee with a real mellowness and is gentle on the constitution and stomach.  We have to select this coffee very carefully as it can often be "variable" due to the harsh, wild conditions in which it is grown and the difficulty of harvesting. But, the quality of this coffee and it's unusual blueberry tones are very special indeed.  We love this coffee and are happy to recomment it!
