The most famous of Ethiopia's coffees is "Yirgacheffe" grown in the area around the town of Yirga Cheffe near Lake Abaya in the Sidamo district south of the capital of Addis Ababa.  We absolutely love a good Yirgacheffe (as do a lot of our customers) and therefore we are hugely selective and very hard to please. This new crop Yirg is exactly what we were looking for a citrus fruit brightness with notes of strawberries and cream. Simply wonderful.
