Grown around the Mt. Kenya, our specially selected Peaberry bean contains all that is best in the Kenya flavour.  It has good acidity without being overwhelming and a subtle light berry fruit flavour.  This coffee is produced by the fusion of the cherry ovule meaning that inside the cherry there is only one been instead of two.   This results in a different absorbtion of sweetness into the bean which also roasts in a different way to the two-bean variety's.  It has a very special, bright flavour, and a fine delicate quality.  Best drunk as a lighter roast.
