Selected from the production by the small cooperatives south of Huila in Palestina, Colombia this is a very special coffee.  It has a beautiful sweet, nutty, chocolatey character with a lovely citrus acidity.  The combined result is a beautiful taste explosion which we are happy to recommend to our customers!  We prefer to roast this as a medium-roast coffee as it enhances it's very special character.  You will love this coffee!
