Reserva San Bosco comes from the High mountains located in the north of the central valley in Costa Rica.  Grown at 1300m above sea level, the cherries are hand picked in December during the peak week of the season.  A wet process is used to process the cherries and during this the pulp is removed followed by six hours of natural fermentation and then the coffee is washed using clean water.

Reserva San Bosco is selected and prepared in accordance with the highest quality standards of the Speciality Coffee Association of Costa Rica (SCACR).

The coffee itself has a fine and well defined chocolate aroma with a good body and high acidity.  It is smooth, consistent and very well balanced.
