Finca Suiza belongs to Juan Francisco Menendez, the brother of El Salvador Cup of Excellence 2008 winner Ernesto "Neto" Menendez.  Juan has come close to winning CoE having been placed 2nd in 2007.

The farm is located at 1,650m above sea level on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano.  Production of the speciality grade coffee is just 4,600kg out of a total of 6,440kg.  A small quantity of the coffee is also sold in local coffee shops.   The speciality grade from Finca Suiza is cleaned to zero defect and is screened to 16+.

The coffee is specially prepared in 40kg vacuum packs.  Each cardboard pack contains 4, 10kg vacuum pakced bricks to ensure the coffee's freshness in transit.

The cup offers a very clean taste with notes of tropical fruit, mango and papaya, a coating mouthfeel and great fruit character!
