Product Description

Near the town of Suntikoppa, in the state of Karnataka, lies the Bibi plantation that is owned by Faiz Moosakutty. It has been in his family since 1960 and has grown significantly in popularity since the 1990s as people have come to realise the high quality of coffee being grown.

The plantation is named after Faiz's mother and is about 200 acres. The coffee is grown amongst the silver oak, rosewood trees and jungle figs, providing shelter to a wide range of wildlife.

It is very clean cup with toffee-like flavours without any sharp tones. It is smooth and creamy on the pallet and has recently been fantastically consistent in its quality.
