Learn MoreThis is a very specific blend of Central and South American high grown pure Arabica beans. We formulated this blend to yield a coffee that maintained some brightness but with a reasonable depth and sweetness in the finish that would work well as an espresso coffee or as a superb filter coffee.
The Colombian element of the blend imparts a buttery nutty flavour and balances beautifully with the creaminess of the speciality grade Brazil and the zestyness of the El Salvador coffee. The coffee is roasted just above medium roast to retain the coffees essential characteristics whilst giving that extra dimension to the cup. This is not a cup that will make you shudder or bite the roof of your mouth; rather it has a rounded bright yet creamy balance which is what makes this coffee so delightful.

Learn MoreThis is a Sumatran-based blend which provides a coffee with a more intense, deeper and earthier base. Ideally suited as an espresso bean, for people who want more character in their espresso coffee. It can also be drunk as a filter or cafetiere coffee. Best drunk after a meal, preferably with a cognac by it's side!

Learn MoreHere at the Coffee Compass we love trying all methods of roasting and brewing coffees. Recently we were approached to supply some traditional Arabic coffee. After much experimental roasting and discussions with roasters overseas we came up with a special Yemen Arabic blend that is roasted in a different manner to a lighter roast level than standard coffees.
You can order the coffee with or without cardamom, pre-ground or whole bean.
Our brewing suggestion can be found below in the 'Product Description' box.
