Full flavoured, bright and smooth. This is a really cracking Decaf that ticks all the boxes and is a great all rounder. It has notes of hazelnut and caramel. 

This Peru Bagua Grande is a wonderful Grade 1, CO2 decaffeinated coffee from the Amazonas region in Northen Peru at the shores of the Utcubamba river. Besides being an important anthropological center and one of the most biodiverse points in the planet is an important trading point in the Peruvian Amazonas where producers gather to trade cacao, coffee, rice and other crops.

The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1000 - 1800 m.a.s.l. The ripe cherries are picked by hand and processed using the Fully Washed method. This lot is made up of Caturra and Catimor varietals.
