We developed this blend to try and maximise on the crema and the natural sweetness of the coffee. We found that the Bourbon variety of coffee made an ideal base for this blend and through combining it with special Asian coffees we achieved a very unusual but ideal espresso blend.
The crema is amazing, notes of toffee, chocolate and almond with a deliciously sweet finish. Our Roastmaster uses this coffee as a preference for making a latte or cappucino.
