Refund policy

You the consumer have the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations. This outlines your right to cancel your order within seven working days from receiving your order by contacting us in writing (email will suffice). It is then your responsibility as the customer to ensure the item(s) are sufficiently packaged within an outer-packaging (for protection) and returned back to the Coffee Compass Ltd as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation. The Coffee Compass Ltd is not required to pay for the cost of consumers returning goods.
