Payments

A variety of options are available to you so you can pay for your order.
- Paypal - Our Paypal address is sales@coffeecompass.co.uk.
- Credit/Debit Card - Using Paypal as a secure server we accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Solo, Switch & Maestro.
- Telephone - If you would prefer not to pay online, simply call us and give your details over the phone.

We accept payments in British Pounds (£) only.

Delivery

All orders will be sent out within 14 days however the vast majority of orders are dispatched within 1 or 2 business days and we try our utmost to roast and dispatch orders on the same day. For the majority of Mainland UK addresses we use Parcelforce 24. Some orders may be sent by Royal Mail First Class, this especially applies to smaller items (under 750g inc packaging). Postage for items of 500g or less is £2.90 and £3.90 for items over this weight, for orders of £100 or more delivery is free.

The following Post Codes are classed as "Rest of UK" and are not included within the Mainland UK section. The following postcodes will generally be sent by Royal Mail:

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Please note that our delivery company classify the Channel Islands and the Irish Republic as International Destinations. Delivery to these areas will be considerably higher than our standard charge. We will confirm the delivery charge to you before accepting your order.

We also remind customers that our courier will request a signature upon delivery.

We do not ship outside of the UK.

Due to the nature of coffee production we cannot guarantee that new crops will meet the high standards we demand and therefore we will not reorder the new season's yield. Therefore we reserve the right to substitute coffee you have order for a similar or better coffee when required.
