This coffee is grown on the rich volcanic slopes of Mount Kilmanjaro. Even though this volcano, the highest peak in Africa has been dormant for a million years the surrounding soils are rich and fertile and are home to the production of this wonderful coffee. Gorwn at 1200 m.a.s.l. this small, high plantation Lukani Losaa, produces a syrupy coffee full of spicy fruity notes and crisp acidity.
