Cuban Serrano Altura Superior - 500g

We really enjoy a good Cuban Serrano, as do many of the Coffee Compass faithful and therefore we did everything we could to source some more. I'm delighted to say that the new crop lived up to the high standards set by the previous lot.

Traditionally this coffee is drunk in the morning in Cuba. It has a very soft acidity, with a buttery mouthfeel and smooth, rich body. There is a caramelised sugar, biscuit and chocolate character. This makes for a fantastically moreish espresso. This is a very popular coffee for us and for good reason.
